Chocolate: 

Banana Pops and Chia Pudding

Recipe 1:  Banana Pops

- 100 grams good quality chocolate

- 4 medium bananas

- assorted sprinkles, nuts or other toppings

1.  Melt chocolate in microwave or in a bowl placed in a hot water bath

2.  Trim bananas and dip in the melted chocolate

3.  Put on a baking sheet with baking paper and set in fridge for 30 mins or more.

Recipe 2:  Chocolate Chia Pudding

- 1/4 cup Chia Seeds

- 1/4 cup Cocoa Powder

- 1/2 cup Coconut Milk

- 1/2 cup Almond Milk 

- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup

1.  Mix above ingredients together and let sit in the fridge covered for 30 mins.

-  1 tablespoon cacao nibs

-  1 tablespoon chocolate chips
